lol me and my husband were laughing while we made this. He made the music. It was a cold, rainy day and I didn't feel like doing much except lying on the couch and stuffing my face. But I got up and forced myself to workout. I did some low impact aerobics with the trampoline (you could just call it jumping around ha) and then tae bo, then strength training.
